Basics
Choosing your correct size is key when shopping online. Our sizes are true to size however we do recommend to check the product description for detailed information on the specific item you are looking to purchase. We will advise on length and type of cut. You are also more than welcome to pop us a message and enquire should you need more information.
We had an ambassador program in 2019/2020. At the moment we do not have an ambassador program running. We are doing something similar soon, keep your eye on our social media pages for more information.
Yes we are happy to confirm that we have opened our very first brick and mortar store in The Grove Mall , Pretoria East , February 2023. Please do visit to say hello. All styles now available online and in-store.

You are most definitely so welcome. Please do send us an email to admin@zoetonlineshop.com when thinking of purchasing 3 or more dresses as we firstly need to advise on sizing available and if we can do custom adjustments etc. Please note when purchasing 3 or more dresses you qualify for a wedding gift discount of 5%.Please note free shipping does not apply to bulk orders (3 or more) and to ensure a happy bride we highly recommend reaching out by email first rather than just placing your order online. Bridesmaid Dresses collection to be released soon.
Payments
Once you added all your favourite items to your cart, you hit pay. You may pay with your VISA debit or credit card as well as EFT using Payfast. Recently we added the Pay Just Now Payment option, which allow you to buy now and pay over 3-zero interest months and receive item/s immediately when in stock.We make use of Payfast as our service provider. We choose Payfast as their process is easy and they are well known in the E-commerce industry.
Shipping & Returns
We aim to get your order out as soon as possible but we do ask you to allow 2-6 working days for processing and delivery.
At the moment we are only shipping within South Africa. We have shipped our first order to Namibia which is amazing but totally different process. Should you want delivery to a neighboring country ,the website won’t allow it. Please send us an email to admin@zoetonlineshop.com so we can see what we can do for you. We are definitely looking into the process of shipping to most major countries across the globe soon.
Although we have a really low return/exchange rate , you most definitely may return your item. We unfortunately do not refund/return/exchange sale items. Please see return policy page for more information.
