Return/Exchange Policy

– Client can post their return within 3 consecutive days from date of receiving order. No return/exchange/credit is valid after this period.

– Unfortunately, no sale items can be returned, exchanged or credited.

– Item/s should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.

– For hygienic purposes, Bodysuits/Underwear/Hair Accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Please be sure to choose the correct size/item. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.

– Item/s can be returned for store credit only. By making purchase on this website you confirm and accept this term and condition.

– Client will have to cover the cost of return postage. Our team will arrange collection and the amount will be debited from store credit.

– Once the item is received in the recommended condition, store credit will be emailed to the client via coupon code to use with next order.

– Store credit will expire after three months from the day credit has been sent to client unless otherwise arranged.

– Store credit will be equal to the amount of the item returned minus return postage cost.

– Postage/Courier costs cannot be returned/refunded/credited.

– Please note that by completing a purchase on www.zoetonlineshop.com you agree and confirm to the above conditions with regards to exchanges/returning of items.

You will receive correspondence in 48 Hours via email and coupon code will be generated once the item is back in stock and in recommended condition.

ZOET CLOTHING PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of parcel/product during the process of delivery or collection as the parcel is no longer ZOET CLOTHING PTY LTD responsibility when the parcel leaves the warehouse as we do not have any control over the process from the point where the parcel has left our facility or from where it has to be collected. ZOET CLOTHING PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for any parcel being delivered to incorrect/wrong address, please provide a full and complete delivery address.

We kindly ask to ensure that the contact person of the shipping details provided when placing an order will receive the parcel him/herself.This is also important when scheduling a return, the parcel should be handed over to the driver by the person who’s contact details was provided for collection. Should you advise courier company to leave your parcel at reception or with someone else to receive/collect, please note that this is at your own risk.
